I can't say that I have ever had a teacher that changed my life however my eldest son was lucky to get a teacher who was passionate about his job and helping the kids he had for two years one of which was my son. He managed to bring my eldest son out of his shell, give him the confidence he needed and help him do well in his exams he had to do before moving to secondary school.

My 9th grade English teacher got me into reading.. We were reading Greek Mythology and The Odyssey,
she was so passionate she got me to pick up a book. I can't put them down now, and I hated reading before that!
