What's something you hated when you were younger that you enjoy today?
 
Other way around would be easier

Sleeping in.
 
I hated spinach! Now that I'm older, I love spinach. I like it both cooked and uncooked (as in a spinach salad).
 
I hated bad words and people saying them. Now I don't mind and use them in regular vocabulary (around some people) without even thinking.
