Have you cooked with firewood?

Cooking with firewood is what our father's used to cook ages go but it doesn't mean people don't cook with it today. My dad cook with firewood whenever we go camping and I love the experience.

I can't say I have ever cooked with firewood myself but I do know it is quite common with those who tend to go camping and such.

I have cooked using a barbeque but never with firewood.
