I have no idea how to make an app but would love to give it a try one day. Not sure what I would end up making though ?

I have many years ago, back when I was running a GTAIV related roleplaying community. I and my mate wanted an app that we can use with all members to talk and post on forums. We used a app making an app we were clueless then.
