Do you have people over for dinner? We only have people here when family is in town and never throw dinner parties.

We mostly just have my family over for dinner on the holidays. We did offer to have dinner one other time and they couldn't show.

We practically never have people over for dinner, my mother can't handle it, but she used to be quite the host!

We only have this if visitors come into our house unexpectedly or not. It is our culture to cook something for them. Although I prefer to do this if they were invited by us or informed us ahead of time, I honestly say that I would be quite stressed out if they invited themselves to come with us.
