My heart rate is at 51 resting heart rate should be between 60-100?

I am 21 years old and I am medium built, put a bit of weight on the past couple of years.
Sitting on a chair for a while can be bad for you?

Some of you might of seen my bike I bought.
I bought that to get out and about bike riding, instead of gaming 12 hours or more a day.

Should I be concerned that my heart rate reaches around 48-54 resting heart rate which sitting on a PC chair?

I suppose you should go talk to a doctor. Being healthier is always a good thing though. I should fix my bike and start riding it too.

Depends on your height, weight, cholesterol levels, and a lot more. If you are "average" and not considered higher on the weight scale or over, then I'm sure you're fine. My resting heart rate can reach 50s at time, but I tend to be around 60s mostly. 70-90 at work. People are different.

Honestly I'd talk to a doctor. Just my opinion. Though I can't say that because i refused to go see a cardiologist when my heart rate was high for the first several months of my pregnancy. Really couldn't afford to see another specialist on top of the one i was already seeing.

If you traded sitting on a chair for biking then you have made a good decision and will see the benefits soon enough.

I've been to a doctor and been getting check out.
I have to go for another blood test and a heart scan on the 5th of February.

The doctor checked out my ECG and that came back fine so did my other blood test.
But he suggested me to take another blood test and get checked out further.

My doctor told me I may have a blood disorder.
He thinks I may have Haemochromatosis - http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Haemochromatosis/Pages/Introduction.aspx

Thanks.
