It's a matter of educating ourselves and getting out heads out of our asses because this stuff doors happen, abd many people need to learn it the hard and unfortunate way. Stricter laws for first time offenders need to be implemented, not just a slap on the wrist. More of those school assemblies where they recreate crashes and fatalities need to take place. Mental health issues need to be addressed. So many things could happen and yet we still leave it to those idiots out there to drink, drive, and kill, maim, paralyze, and render others or themselves brain dead.
