I am hiring one moderator for an entertainment community I am working on.

The moderator is called Writer at Media Vault. So that would be your role. To write new content for the forum, do moderator tasks, basically the normal things a moderator would do.
The selected user may be able to negotiate a monthly payment schedule depending on how active they will be, if they will be able to help advertise the community once it's up and running, and anything else I ask them to do. Don't worry, you won't have a to do list with over 500 items in it.
