Do you work on home improvement projects (e.g. painting, plumbing, power tools, etc.)?

Only minor stuff like painting or staining my decks. The rest I leave up to the professionals.

-just finished a project, stained the front deck portch 3 times, painted the railing and the outside of the bay window. Alot was detail work so it took around 2 weeks.

Painted 3 rooms inside the house, cupboads etc.

I love my power tools, elecric hedge trimmers, electric weed wacker, palm sander which I am going to use for my front and side door.

Then I will try the big-boy, The Chain Saw!

Not bad for a woman I would say!

I've had ideas but never seen them through. They cost too much usually.

Is that a rhetorical question?

No, I'm not old enough to own a house, obviously, but I still have ideas for how I could work on the house that I live in. No one else really cares about this stuff though, and that's why I can't do it. But I'm pushing to get someone to drive me to Walmart to talk to the people in the garden center sometime soon, since I have some money saved up for that.
