back to ON-topic... SPICY foods?!

i'm very wimpy with hot things though like others in those Frank's Red Hot commercials... i put that sh!t on everything!

sriracha... LITERALLY only a few drops will do me.

once made dehydrated/ground jalapeno and almost killed myself.

are you hot & spicy?
 
I love spicy foods! Bring it on! Spice it up! I can take it! :D
 
Just a bit; not so hot that it kills my taste buds and I can't taste anything but the heat.

I love the taste of some Mexican hot peppers; mainly jalapeño & poblano. I keep some handy in the freezer that I have sliced and removed all of the seeds and white veins from.
I also like the "tamed" pickled jalapeños on sandwiches.

...I just don't like when its too overpowering but generally the heat really enhances the flavor and all that for me!
