How did you move on from your ex?

It took a lot of time, living in the past, and being alone. After a year, I was able to get over my ex wife and come to terms that there was no way we could get back together because of what she did.

I faced the facts. It was over, I stopped deluding myself with daydreams and longshots. If you keep it alive in your head, you're never going to get over it. Face the facts.

I focused more on loving myself and work harder on online stunts. I tried to divert myself to certain things and surrounded myself with trusted friends.
