How Do You Define Success?

How does someone know they're successful?
What makes others view someone as successful?

General consensus, how do people measure "success"?

Great question.

I think it is kind of a moving target, for me success is when you reach a some kind of personal goal, then you move on starting a new one. I guess the success comes when there is a pattern of reaching those goals and others see you, and you see yourself as someone who achieves things. It doesn't have to be financial.
