How do you like your Sushi?

I didn't use to like sushi! The only thing I ever ate was the Inari. I'm also a very picky eater. I hate cucumber, so most rolls are a no-go for me.

I tend to like the basics, like tuna or salmon maki rolls and nigiri. California rolls are good, too. I try not to go with the really big rolls that have lots of ingredients because they just get messy. I don't really do sashimi, because something about it makes me think I'm missing something. I also avoid the more "exotic" things like eel, urchin, squid/octopus, etc. I just don't want to spend the money to find out I won't like them (or that I really like them and spend even more money). I've had eel, though, but I'm not a fan of the sweet sauce that always seems to come with eel.

Far away, sushi doesn't really do anything for me at all. I like most of the elements just not together in rolls :)
