how many Sites do you advertise on?

Everyone uses forums that allow you to advertise your forum, how many of these sites do you advertise on? Also do you mostly use them just to bump your thread up or do you actually use the site/forum?

I personally have at least 20-25 sites saved that allow me to advertise on but I don't visit them very often, I'll visit about 8-10 I'd say and I actually post on those sites regularly. ^^

The list gets edited often if:
1) I have joined a new one
2) an ad forum closes
3) an ad forum looks inactive

When I had my old forum, I advertised it in many forums but I don't know how many exactly. Did try my best to promote it and be exposed more.

The only advertising forum I regulary use is Forum Promotion. I do use other sites but don't usually update them for months. FP I try and update when something happens on our site.

I mostly use social network sites for advertising. Promotion forums have the same people on so why join loads?!

I only have around 10 or so on my list at the current time. This is changing everyday however, seeing as forums open and close all the time.

I have around 10 or so on my list as well. I don't usually do a whole lot of aggressive promotion. I probably should do more promotion than I do, but I also prefer not to spam links all over the place.

...it's also over 4 years old. It took a long time to get to the stats we're at now.

It would probably be more but I empty our trash can forum and prune off accounts that have zero posts periodically
