Well? How much?

I don't buy really expensive shoes...$20 or $30 I guess. maybe a bit more for sneakers--simply because I wear them all the time.

20$ easy cause I have a size 12 shoe so they aren't the cheapest

40-75 bucks, but our shoe store has a deal, buy one pair get the second pair half off, so I get two pair for around 100 bills, which last me for about a year or so lol

I must say, yeah, it is nice to have good shoes, but in the end they are just shoes...

Take care of them & wear them. Never think too much about my shoes.

Im wearing some brown sneakers right now.. Bought them for $30. They are pretty comfortable and have lasted a while. I probably would never spend more than that unless I really really like the way the shoe looked. But even then I would probably just take a cheaper pair because I dont think I ever look at my feet anyways. Lol.

As little as I can get away with. I will spend more for shoes that I think are good quality and that I will like for a long time. I bought my Chucks for around $60 which is more than I usually spend on shoes.

Make that number $60 or $70 now... Quality shoes make a world of a difference.

I buy the cheapest shoes that I like. I'm not picky with them. I've had my $22.00 pair of DC skate shoes for over 2 years.

As I work in a shoe store, I get 30% off, which I can also include on already clearanced shoes. So I can get them from between 12-35 bucks typically.

It varies. Some of my "going out" shoes are in the £100+ range, as are some of my leather boots. My motorcycle boots cost around £180.

My work shoes were £30 in a 50% off sale. My generic trainers were I think £45ish.

Around $40-$60.
I bought my boyfriend a pair of Air Jordan's for his birthday, they cost me $160.
He in turn bought me the pair of shoes I really wanted, custom white and pink Reebok Classics for $80. :)
I'm not too keen on buying high price shoes, but it's true... the more you pay, the longer they last and the better they feel.

I worked with a man who had to attend a lot of meetings with "high rollers", ranking politicians, VPs of various big companies, leaders of civic groups, and the like.

He always dressed well.

I told a joke one time when he came to the office in one of his outfits, "Mr. Cole's shoes are worth more than my van."

Turned out the joke was true. His new dress shoes were handmade Italian leather.

The van I had at the time was almost old enough to drive, and barely passed the state inspection the last time through.

I have always been a converse girl. They are usually around 20$ and last me about 3 years until I have to get the next pair. :)
