How much would you pay to attend a party?

Where I live, special event parties can get pretty costly. St. Patrick's Day parties are around $50 per person at the low end. How much would you pay to attend a party/event? I think some of these give you two beers as part of the cover charge.

We paid $30 per person for a St. Patrick's Day party and it included all the beer you could drink. I don't drink, so they made a bundle off me, but it leveled out with my husband drinking for both of us LOL A buffet meal was included and they had a DJ for dancing. The party sells out every year and people go crazy with how they dress up and they bring stuff for their tables such as decorations and snacks. It was always a fun night.

I do not attend parties even when they are free. I just do not like them. But I thoroughly enjoy organizing parties.

Honestly, I have not been to any parties that need to pay them. First things first, I do not have enough time to party. Unlike before, I used to do this with my close friends.

In my region here in Nigeria you can pay about 5000 naira to gain entry into a concert. it's that costly
