How often do you change up your avatars and signatures on forums?

Do you like to coordinate them (as in your avatar relates to your signature in some way) or do you just have random things you like in each spot?

I change mine when I get bored which is about once a month. I color coordinate and have a theme. I also make sure my mood color matches too! How anal is that?

I change my sig more than my avatar. Usually my avatar is something to do with my username, so that changes when I decide to change my name.
Signatures I change now and then to something that means something to me or is an image to my forum.

I change about once a month. Sometimes longer and sometimes quicker. It depends.
I just changed mine right now!

I try to make my signature match my avatar in some small way, but they don't need to coordinate exactly.

At the moment I have no signature because I dont feel like having one.

I change my avatar once a year or so... and for holidays sometimes.
My sig hardly ever changes.
