As much as possible, I need to do some exercise at home or outdoors. You do not need to pump irons at the gym just to keep fit. Brisk walking is fine to keep fit as a fiddle.
 
Yes, I'm on a weight loss journey so I try to exercise daily and also runna diet to see faster changes
 
I do stretch exercise when I get up from bed in the morning. After breakfast, I'll take a 30-45 min walk along the river side. I also play tennis every other week.
