Multiple Offense Penalties
Austria imposes mandatory license suspensions for anyone convicted of multiple DWIs. Second-time offenders face a mandatory suspension of at least three weeks. People convicted of three DWIs within a year face at least a four-week license suspension. These penalties can be increased depending on the severity of the offense and whether any accidents or injuries occurred while intoxicated.

It appears all that happens is license suspensions. Can't believe they serve no jail time. Guess as long as these drunks don't cause any accidents or injure someone, they can keep doing this over and over like this 8 time offender has done. :s
