Hi guys, it's been far too long since I've been here.. In the past year I've given up with school after two years in psychology, became a store manager for a major telecommunications company in Canada, and lost my long time girlfriend of over two years, and moved 3 hours away from my friends and family, because of originally school, but now this job.
I'm maintaining schedules for five people + me, invoices on a daily basis, ordering all stock for a location, incuding things like paper, cleaning supplies, accessories, phones, making sure everything is done on a daily basis, weekly coaching sessions with all of my reps, while now being down to two employees, three less than I'm supposed to. I of course am salary, so am SOL for the extra work put in.
It seems my personal life is becoming too faint.. I love my job too much, and pay is fantastic, so not leaving.
I feel like I have far too much on my plate, and I'm just wondering how you deal with stress?
I thought I was good, but now with no employees, I'm feeling the bite.
