Do any of you make lasagna?

Well besides all the garlic it looks great, I love making this stuff and have not done so for a long time

I've made better by using zucchini, sliced fairly thin length-ways, then browned in butter, as the 'noodles'. And, oh yeah, while browning off the zucchini, it'd a terrible shame if some sliced onions and mushrooms ended up in the pan wouldn't it?

Also, I'd rather use half ground beef and half spicy sausage instead of plain hamburger, and use about double the meat he showed.

And at least two kinds of cheese, if not three, with more on top just as it finishes cooking.

And, while you're at it, I start with store bought sauce, then cook it down with a bit of red wine and my own seasoning, including some of those onions and mushrooms and A LOT of garlic, until you can say "it isn't for civilians any more".

But... I've never made the thing "to get me laid", instead, I made dinner.
