how to make overnight raspberry cooling oats

Raspberry overnight oats recipe (serves 1)

Ingredients

list of 5 items
• 1 sachet of porridge/ rolled oats (or around 40g)
• Boiling water (enough to nearly cover oats)
• 1 tsp raspberry jam
• 1 tbsp any plain yoghurt
• A few raspberries
list end

Method

list of 4 items
1.Empty oats into a small bowl or container.
2.Pour over boiling water just so it covers the oats.
3.Put jam on top then yoghurt, and raspberries.
4.Pop in the fridge for at least an hour. It's perfect for making the night before.
