My personal tips that works for me : take a bath, soak your skin into oatmeal, goat milk, Himalayan sea salt and 100% natural and organic minerals. Then put on Eucerin Aquaphor or any Vaseline based moisturizer. I’m not a dr or a medical practitioner, so my recipe only works for my type of skin.

Get a water softener and a GOOD multi-stage filter that will take out most of the chlorine, and take a shower/bath.
