Right here and right now, I will predict that the National Hurricane Center will name more storms just like they did for the last few years far out into the Atlantic, based solely on satellite date, many of which will fizzle just as quickly as they began, and they will do so to boost the storm count and prove there are more storms due to AlGore's hot air.
