As the English Racing calender gets ready for another National Hunt Chase season and I look so forward to seeing all the greats run again, there Is always a very big hole left.

We have lost so many greats over the years but none so cruel as this loss at Aintree. I have lost count of the many times I have watched him run and been In his presence at the paddock and every year It was almost like seeing your favourite auntie again with love and affection.

Goodbye Exotic Dancer.

He Is dubbed 'The Greatest Horse that Never was' simply because he only competed against the Countries finest such as Kauto Star and Denman, a very tough pair to beat but he was Indeed magnificent.

I know you love the horses Jazzy, so here Is another for you.

Desert Orchid was taken Into the hearts of our Nation and I was there when he won The Gold Cup. He also won 3 King George Stakes and held the record until my Kauto Star smashed the record Boxing Day by winning his 4th In a row.
