Ice cream cake

Do you like them?

I made one recently and it turned out really good!
It was strawberry cake, 2 layers of ice cream with cream cheese frosting on the outside.

Super easy to make, just stack up the layers and frost it.

I've never attempted to make one........never thought about it! LOL I've only bought them, so I'm sure it was really good!

Yeah it was pretty good. My daughter and a friend both had some and they said that I'm a good desert chef! Lol

I absolutely LOVE ice cream cake. I wish I knew how to make my own. We always get it for birthdays and holidays.
