I used them a couple of times mainly for testing the different features etc. It was a CMS software based on phpBB. The software is literally dead now as the last updated software was in 2016.

Interesting, I've never heard of Icy Phoenix before, but I like the concept as I used to enjoy using PhpBB.
You can tell it hasn't been updated in a while as it looks very old school.
