Identifying American tourists

To the Europeans, Australians (and whomever else) out there in Off Topix-land, aside from the accent, what is a dead give away for American tourists in your country?

How can you spot an American?

Their volume, Americans are very loud generally.

Their shoes, for some reasons they all put on their comfy trainers/sports shoes even before they enter the plane.

Often their weight, when you see this big group of really fat people they're often americans. I know that's kind of a cliché, but it's true more often than not tbh.

But most of all, they're very friendly and outgoing. They randomly start talking to you about the weirdest most trivial stuff and you'll have a laugh together.
