What springs to mind? Stealing someone's identity I guess :P
Either online through gaining access to the proper credentials, or by actually impersonating another person in real life. The second would be creepier, I think.
Is my information secure? No. Is any? No, not if it's in some database with multiple backups.
Preventing the online version would mostly be a matter of choosing good passwords and hoping the sites you use keep them secure. The offline version... hmm... not being dead would be a good start.
Insurance? No, I think not.
Vengeance, eh? :D How about giving them amnesia?
Nope.
Yes, parts of it at least.
I don't have any important documents.
Dangerous... not very. To life and limb that is.

people's money getting spent up!

How can someone steal your identity?
Fairly easily according to the media

Are you sure all of your personal information is secure?
Not really.. :|

How can you prevent identity theft?
By being careful what you share online and what you throw away.

Would you consider taking out identity theft insurance?
Probably not, I don't have that much to steal in the first place.

What would you want to happen to someone who stole your identity?
Jail time! Maybe do some community service. Or be my slave :P

Have you ever been a victim of identity theft?
Nope, *knock on wood*

Do you think someone could steal your identity over the Internet?
Sure. I suppose, I pay some of my bills online. I wonder how secure that really is. :|

Are you always careful about what documents you throw away?
Yes, shred or burn them if they're really important.

How dangerous do you think it is to put personal information on social networking sites or forums?
Social networking is probably more dangerous since you use your real name.
