My cat beast would be extremely obnoxious if she could talk. She's a pushy, affectionate thing so I can't imagine what a blabbermouth she would be if her mews, meow, prrrtts, trills, and other weird noises were replaced with actual speech! 
I think I would really be scared out of my boots if an animal started talking to me!! 
But I would ask them.. How does it feel being an animal?
