it's been here... groups and organizations been researching and developing as well as testing such things... some prototypes have been used and still being upgraded...

this could end very badly for the human race if it's not done correctly and properly...

technology like this and interfering and/or altering/changing reality, consciousness and mind is a very complex and dangerous procedure... in the early stages it could get out of control... it could be too powerful to restrain or control, just like the world wide web, for an example, but with your brain instead...
