Inside of the nose

Just noticed something inside my nose on both sides it feels weird not sure if it's meant to be there.
Can't explain what it feels like, it's like a bone on both sides.

On the right nasal there's something like a bone on the left of it.
On the left nasal there's something like a bone on the right of it.

I know it sounds dirty but I was picking at my nose etc etc.. and that's were I found these strange things.
Anyone else have this or does everyone ?

Also, been having head aches and blocked noses for a while now mainly when I wake up I have a blocked nose, dry mouth, head ache around my eyes.. I actually hope this is not nasal polys.. but could this be dehydration? I do a lot of gaming on my PC/XBOX one and drink a lot of Coke Cola.

We all have it in our noses.

If you're really concerned, I'd go see a doctor.
