When it comes to your computers processor are you picky?

You generally have two options an AMD processor or a Intel processor.

Personally I am picky about my processors and I have to say that Intel is the only way to go for me

I don't mind any processor on a computer. Just as long as it doesn't let me down. Anyway, I'd choose Intel as I think that's the best processor out there, in my opinion

When choosing a CPU it is always best to know if you don't know already regardless of the manufacture Intel or AMD and Intel is my preference

That no two CPU's from the same batch and from the same manufacture will be the same one is always going to faster or slower then the other and now Intel is introducing technology into certain chips to stop over clocking.

Here is just an example I have a 1.40Ghz CPU from Intel and I have 1.20Ghz CPU from AMD now in this scenario, I have managed to over clock the the Intel CPU to a respectable 2.50Ghz but the AMD on the other hand. I have managed to get this up to 2.80Ghz 0.30 more then Intel now this down to a quite a few things such as memory speeds, front side bus, power etc but clock speeds are clock speeds and some are just better then others but like I said before no two same CPU's from the same manufacture are the same or even identical in speed or performance.
