It should be the way most business', hospitals, and schools are wanting people to have access to it.
 
Yes. But I also think that food, water, housing, and electricity should be human rights too.
 
It may be that it should be, but today it is a service, and for all services nowadays you have to pay :(
 
It shouldn't ge very high on the list imo. There are numerous items that should be rights before internet, like food, water, electricity, etc.

There is also a huge issue of what is the Internet? The Internet is starting to look quite different depending on where you are standing in the world and many sides have many valid points on how it should look.

On the flip side, here in the US it has slowly become a publicly accessible service as libraries, schools, universities, etc all continue to add public access to internet connected computers for those unable to access it at home. In many ways, the Internet is actually more accessable to people than even food and water is.
