So as my time starts to become scarce around here in Iraq I will be taking pictures of things I really shouldn't. Taking pictures of things that the media wont show you! Of course at the same time maintain OPSEC (Operation Security). Here is the first installment! Each picture has a description under it!

It was a long day, and yes I got Tea Bagged!

STOP THE BURNPITS....this is within 50 feet of the Troops Living Quarters...That is the smoke from the trash and body parts and whatever else they are burning over in the burnpit... It fills our lungs when we work and sleep and PT its horrible....Google Burn Pits of Iraq to learn more about these harmful things.

These are awesome pictures and I hope you don't get in trouble for taking them. OMG, that burnpit is just so disgusting with all the black smoke! I can't imagine breathing that nasty smoke in all day and night. What caused that explosion at the front gate? Thank goodness you all weren't by that gate went it happened!

BORED was an understatement lol....



But a few weeks ago there was the Iraqi Elections and on that day there were many explosions and things to keep the Iraqi people from voting..However Iraq turned out twice as many voters at the polls than America has in our own polls! SAD! These guys really wanted their democracy....They showed up despite the explosions and death threats made on them....



I wont get in trouble!!!!
