In the future, robots could replace sex toys altogether, and lonely people will bed down with lustful androids, experts believe.

Perhaps this pouting silicone-coated minx – called YangYang – is a taste of that future.

YangYang – who bears an unsettling resemblance to right-wing US politician Sarah Palin – is capable of eerily human facial expressions.

Perhaps more so than Palin herself.

The robot was unveiled at the Global Mobile Internet Conference (GIMC) 2015, in Beijing, China.
