Hey guys. So as you may or may not already know, I'm a fifteen year old male. I'm also 5'11 as of this writing and I currently weigh about 150 lbs. I used to be much heavier, but I recently lost a good deal of weight. Now I have some loose skin and most of the body fat I do have is on my legs and thighs. It's not attractive. They're absolutely huge compared to my upper body, where I now have curves (oy!)

I was wondering how I would go about fixing this problem. Feel free to share some exercises that have worked for you.

P.S. I'm mainly looking to build muscle, especially around the abdomen.

Congratulations on your weight loss!

These will help me too. Took up judo and tae kwon do so I'm loosing weight too. It's wonderful but now most of my pants don't fit anymore and i don't have money to buy new... That's the only down side though...
