Semantics! But she did sue a widows husband and for a couple that is the same thing as suing her. And she should not accept that when her own husband can no longer speak up to defend himself. And that is why she is bringing it back to court.

He got shot because he was trying to help people coming back messed up from war. While good ole slimy Jesse does nothing but speak bad of these people.

No Jesse had time to end it and take the higher ground after he was killed helping vets.

OJ Simpson was found innocent. Does not mean he did not do it. It just means sometimes the justice system lets people get away with murder and things like Jesse going after widows.

If Jesse sued a dead man who has no means of speaking for himself he sued the wife who is the only one left who might be able to speak for him in some fashion even though she was not there. So they sued not just his rep but hers and her families and that is why she will not stand by when a dirt bag goes after a widow and children.

That is very true that is why if the family feels like justice was not done they can take it to civil trial. But will they?

jesse sued and went to actual court when he was dead. He had a long time between the death and actual court to go a different way.
