Job, finally!

After weeks of rejections and no answers from applications. I finally got accepted for a job I am so happy! I am now a temporary sales assistant for an entertainment shop XD

I don't think I'll know until Thursday but I think it's 20+ hours a week. I maybe wrong. I go in on Thursday from some training and I presume I'll find out then.

I was hired as seasonal help but ended up being retained after the holidays. Hopefully the same will happen to you.

It is at the moment, they will probably have opportunities for people to be kept as permanent after the 12 week contract.

I was searching for a long time too. It's quite disheartening when you get rejections for a long time.

Did you have training yesterday? If so, how did it go?

We did. It was 5 hours of training (though we are getting paid for it ) It was very informative. Mostly it was about good customer service, how to spot fake merchandise, warranty procedures all sorts. And I found out that I'm going to be working 20.5 hours next week.

I'm in on Tuesday, 12 till 5. Thursday and Friday 8;30 till 6.
