Do you crack your knuckles? What other parts of your body do you crack?

Is it a good thing or a bad thing in your opinion?

No way do I crack my knuckles. IMO, it's bad as it can lead to arthritis or deformity if done constantly. I hate the sound of also when someone does it near me.

I crack my fingers sometimes. It feels so good to release the tightness in them. I crack my toes too.

There is no scientific evidence that it causes arthritis. Long term crackers could suffer some soft tissue damage and a loss of grip strength.

Always on a mission to prove someone wrong arent we?

Anyways, I dont do it too much. There is really no need and it can f**k up your hand if you do it a lot over time.

I can do that. Good thing really

Fingers, toes, knees and arms regularly, haha.

(Spine occasionally)

I know it's a bad habit to have but... Still.

Knuckles? No... don't want or need to.

Hell.... I've got knees, elbows, back, neck, one wrist, a shoulder, and various and sundry other parts that seem to crack and pop at will and at random.

And then once a month I pay the chiropractor to pop and crack them back to where they're supposed to be.

I have no desire to pop other parts voluntarily, out of boredom, or the need to impress somebody else as to how tough I am.

And if you don't think I'm tough, remember one key bit of advice before you challenge me....

Age and treachery shall overcome youth and skill.

Ancient Greek Proverb

It's not about being tough. It's about the feeling of flexibility afterwards.

Cracking your knuckles is bad for you, at least, in my opinion, anyway. I crack all of my knuckles on my hands, toes, both knees, elbows, shoulders, hips, back, neck, ankles, and wrists.

There may not be any proof that cracking your knuckles can lead to arthritis, but I have arthritis in most of my body, and I'm seventeen (17) years old. I don't like cracking all of my knuckles and joints, but it pains me badly if I don't. I have saw doctors and things about it, but I can't really do much but to continue to crack them, because if I don't, I'm in so much pain that I feel I'm about to die.

Damn Xune. And I used to crack my knuckles a lot when I was younger. I don't do it as much now. I was always warned that if I did it too much. My knuckles would get too big.
