Do you crack your knuckles often?



Do they do it by themselves sometimes?

Nope. It doesn't cause arthritis, but it surely doesn't help your joints when you get older. I already have RA in my knees, not going to risk it in my hands/knuckles.

I do it once in a while. It seems like my hands feel better after doing it.

I know that you are not supposed to do it all the time though.

Same here. Mine crack unintentionally, because I type so much. After I get done typing something really long, I'll just ball my fingers into a fist, and they'll sometimes crack, but no always. Usually that's the only time they'll crack, but otherwise, I don't crack them for the sack of it.



Sister cracks her fingers all the time. Used to crack her back, but we convinced her that's stupid.

No, I don't. Haha...sometimes they do unintentionally, like what Jay said, but not on purpose. A lot of people at school do it just to get on the nerves of other people.

I crack my back sometimes though.

Well...only if it hurts...and I just get my brother to stand on my back to crack it. XD
