Lack of Exercise can turn into a crisis in the long term. I will tell you a short story of mine that proved that for me. I used to play football (soccer) when I was 13 years old. I played football for four continuous years with a constant rate of 1/2 matches per week and in the other days, I do some initial exercises in home and go jogging around my district for like 30/45 mins. After that when I turned 18 and left the High school, I joined college. College was the biggest disaster that happened to me ever. When I went to college, I simply went away from the place I used to live in, I joined another small world that only cares about studying all the year and sitting in home in summer, I was extremely bored that I already kept myself most of them time sitting on my PC and chatting, playing and listening to music. The life was boring and my appearance was remarkably changed. I gained 10 kilograms in 2 years, I know its not a lot for most people, but for me, it was a nightmare.

Yesterday (The day before I write this post) I went to play soccer with my friends in a 5 vs 5 playground for 2 hours. I was pretty the worst player on the pitch and that was a great shock for me, I’d never been that bad. And suddenly after playing for like 45 minutes, I found myself unable to move, both of my legs muscles contracted strongly and didn’t even think about relaxing till I was already dead, the pain was massive that I couldn’t even stand up or sit down (I guess some of you know what the heck that means) and till now (the moment I am writing the post at) I can barely move around the house in slow steps with pretty much hurting leg muscles that are preventing my legs from being 100% straight and functioning the way they always do. I searched about this great muscles exhaustion over the web and asked relative doctors, they told me that this is normal because I haven’t been playing football for a long time and I didn’t even do the simple initial daily exercises that I was used to
