Well.. I've honestly never had to deal with that. So I wouldn't know what to do. Other then cussin' em out. Or a restraining order.

Are they breaking any laws by calling and sending you gifts?

Not really. But if its unwanted and they aren't getting the message that you don't want it. I think you'd be able to take legal action.

I suppose I would threaten to get a restraining order if they would not stop. Have the phone company block their number from calling me and tell the post man not to deliver any letters/packages from a certain person. I know there is ways to get around all that stuff SO if all else fails, hire a hit man.

My daughter used to say Leave me my lone when she 1st was learning how to talk. I say it all the time (like if she is purposely trying to bug/annoy me or something), she gets annoyed and says I DONT SAY IT LIKE THAT ANYMORE! I think its funny.
