Elite MemberYes, I left work early today since it is New Year's eve. We were allowed to go home paid when the work was complete. I ended up going home 5 and a half hours early.
Yes I do. I only leave work early for 2 reasons:
1) Pain flare up (I have intermittent FMLA for this as well)
2) Appointment
Last time I left work early was probably a couple of weeks ago? I've been trying to push through the pain as much as possible since I don't want to keep digging into my PTO. I want to be able to use it for something actually fun.

Valued MemberI leave work when we can, or if I have an emergency/appointment. Sometimes boss tell us we can go home early or he will come up during the morning saying that we done working at lunch time, that's nice.
