At least 16 people are believed to be dead from a mass shooting in Lewiston, Maine, on Wednesday evening, according to multiple sources briefed on the situation. Dozens of other people were injured, sources said.

The person of interest, Robert Card, is still at large and has been on the run for hours, law enforcement said.

The shooting appears to have unfolded in multiple locations, including a bowling alley where a children's league was taking place and a local bar, officials said. The death toll may be revised up or down due to the level of carnage, a senior federal law enforcement official said.

Correct. He is fucking nuts. I don't know why or how he was allowed to own a rifle or get one in the first place after he said he wanted to shoot up an army base. They should have taken his guns away then.

A bulletin put out by the Maine Information and Analysis Center, a database for law enforcement officials, said Card was a trained firearms instructor and was believed to be in the Army Reserve.

It added that law enforcement said Card "recently reported mental health issues to include hearing voices and threats to shoot up the National Guard Base in Saco, ME."

The bulletin said Card was reported to have been committed to a mental health facility for two weeks this summer and then released. NBC News has not been able to independently verify the bulletin's statements about Card's history.

I have seen this in my ex sister in law. She was unstable. Her being a pot head made her 100 times worse. It also didn't help that she was popping pills to get high. All of those drugs she was on heightened her insanity. What's worse is that she's had 3 kids over the years that she abuses and CPS won't take them and place them in foster care. It pisses me off thinking about it.
