What are your thoughts on restaurants that add on a Living Wage Fee? "Living wage fee of 18% added to each dine-in check. This fee goes directly to staff payroll and provides a living wage to our team."

If I'm eating at a place that does that, I wouldn't tip because that feels to me like it's a forced tip?
 
I worked at a restaurant in Nashville that provided $20 an hour, and I was just washing dishes.

However, though, that place was always booming with business, the prices were higher, and you had sort of a captive audience at the airport.

Well, do you feel busy a busy McDonalds in a town can afford $20 an hour?
