Have you ever loaned money to somebody and never gotten it back?

I loaned a friend a dollar because he was in need for something and I never gotten it back from him. It is just a dolla. Not a big deal to make fuss with.

I loaned a friend $60 once and bugged him for the money for about six months.. His birthday came around and I told him that his present was that he didnt owe me the money anymore. I was tired of stressing over it.

Yeah I've lent ex boyfriends money and never got it back after we split.

I lent a friend about $45 bucks. I'm sure she'll pay me. Eventually. It's Christmas, so I'm not too concerned about it now.

I've been the lender and the borrower in many situations. I might not remember to pay back right away, but I don't usually borrow too much from one person.

It's definitely something that has happened to me in the past, though I'll be honest I didn't think that person was going to pay me back anyways.

I still loan money to some friends to this day but they are all been amazing at paying it back and I never have to remind them to pay me back

Yes and the piece of 5H17 has told me to my face that she has no intention of paying me back.

What I would like to do to her would get me banned if I said it here.

I quit loaning money out after 4 different "friends" of mine from high school never paid me back. The very last time I loaned money to someone was back in 2006. It was a guy I used to hang out with, he said he needed a few things. He begged, I felt bad for him. So I loaned him 40 dollars, which was a mistake.
