My town has a First Friday event every first Friday of the month. Does that count? I haven't gone to it because we never felt motivated to try to find parking. Now they built a parking garage and we're still not motivated.

In my neighborhood, it seems like they are not into this kind of event. I just noticed that they are more focused on celebrating special days like birthdays, wedding anniversaries, death anniversaries, and the like.
