Who said the sky was the limit? The return of this airborne pop-up restaurant proves that anything is possible.
For 14 days the capital will be home to London in the Sky, a dining experience that takes place on a table suspended 25 metres in the air. The well-travelled restaurant has previously graced the skylines of Las Vegas, Dubai and Cape Town, to name but a few.
Resembling a rollercoaster ride more than a fine dining establishment, those with a fear of heights may want to stay clear. The fear-inducing table seats 22 guests, with a guest chef, sommelier and waiting team serving from the centre of the table.
A deep pocket is required alongside nerves of steel, because breakfast alone costs £50 and dinner will set you back a hefty £200 per person.
However, the sting of the price might be soothed by spectacular views of iconic landmarks including Tower Bridge, the Shard and the Walkie-Talkie.
And a series of impressive guest chefs from restaurants including Duck & Waffle, Ceviche and Tom’s Kitchen suggests there will be some seriously good food too.[/quote]

If you could afford it, would you try dining in the sky?
