Honestly, trust, and both having a willingness to work toward and maintaining a happy relationship as long as both parties are in agreement. Whether it takes laughter, love, romance, sex, discussions, vacations, night's out, sacrifice, whatever. Being open to working together and communicating is important.

I would advise against this. xD But at least try to keep her happy while asking her to do the same for you.
